Holy Angels Residential Facility, located in Shreveport, Louisiana, is operated by the Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows under the direction of the Catholic Diocese of Shreveport. The facility has been providing exceptional care for developmentally challenged children and adults for over 40 years.

The $5 million Nursery and Fitness Center, completed in May of 2003, provides a 24-bed nursery and a campus-wide fitness center. The new, more colorful nursery is divided into wings housing three children each and provides more privacy for bathing and sleeping. The fitness center, which is rarely found in facilities such as Holy Angels, allows the residents to enjoy recreational activities as well as needed therapeutic exercise. The center includes an indoor walking track, a hydrotherapy pool and exercise and therapy areas.
