The sale of an existing inefficient medical office building from an area hospital to an independent physician group lead to the reworking of the existing space and the addition of a state of the art surgery center. With tight site access, an innovative design efficiently provides circulation of the physicians, caregivers and patients through the building. The building will now house the medical offices of several orthopedic sub-specialty divisions as well as an eight operative suite out patient surgical center.
