Somdal Associates assists Provenance with planning, design review, and quality control for the 350 acre master planned traditional neighborhood development. Somdal Associates works closely with Master Plan Architect Steve Ourbre, the investment group, consulting engineers, city planners, allied builders, and home owners regularly to help ensure that the vision that was set forth is realized.

Traditional neighborhood developments emphasize traditional building techniques and materials not typically found in new residential construction. The neighborhoods also emphasize a greater percentage of community open space, retail and residential mixed use areas, and create the appropriately proportioned three dimensional scale of traditional streetscapes.

Somdal Associates continues to assist Provenance with implementing new phases of construction, plan review, and common space design.
