Once again Sportspectrum and Somdal Associates are working together to plan a new larger store front to replace the existing facility. The new development will consist of three buildings totalling 20,000 square feet. The primary focus of the project was to create an innovative, contemporary design that would financially fit into existing lease market rates.

Structural insulated panels were selected to frame the building reducing the mechanical systems requirements and cost by one third. Limestone, stucco, and glass are utilized as exterior veneer materials. These materials combine to create a sense of quality and express the dynamic nature of the building.
